Yes. We accept most Balikbayan boxes from other companies and will charge you only the freight cost.
There is no weight limit, but boxes must stay within their standard capacity. If a box is overfilled and becomes misshapen (swelling or bulging when closed), it requires special handling. An additional $15 fee per box will apply
Yes, we do. We offer delivery for oversized packages or goods including, but not limited to, bicycles, TVs, furniture, and other bulky items. Please contact us for a quote.
Yes — our pick‑up fee is $10 within Auckland. Please contact us to schedule your pick‑up
